Highly suggest everyone to walk into this amazing starbucks and hangout for awhile. They are so super friendly. They are so attuned to making you feel welcomed. Check it out if you're in the neighborhood!

I first want to say that I’m so happy that they put a Starbucks near me. But second I want to express my gratitude for the 3 gentlemen that work at this location. TY, CHRIS, & JASON are simply amazing. It’s always a joy and pleasure seeing them in the morning and the energy they bring. I have an obsession with the chocolate pistachio loafs and they always know my order before I can finish it. “Chocolate Pistachio Loaf warmed & NO END PIECES” lol. Life been hitting a lot of people hard lately and just to be able to go somewhere and not have someone servicing you give you an attitude or mess your order up makes the day even better. I just needed to give them kudos and thanks as they are a light in your establishment and i know Im not the only customer who recognizes them and their amazing personality. Thanks guys and keep up the great work and continue to be amazing!

Being charged $98 for a cup of coffee is ridiculous and so-called supervisor acts like it never happened and said there’s nothing she can do contact your bank and hangs up the females that work at that place have attitude problems and very disrespectful especially the one that’s always at the window. Do not waste your time going there.

I don’t visit Starbucks much but I came in to try one of the new drinks, service was great and the atmosphere was very nice! Lots of room to come by and grab a drink! I tried the Dubai chocolate matcha and was very good, would recommend that! Employees are friendly and fast!

Let me start by saying how excited I am to finally have a Starbucks in my neighborhood! I usually go downtown because the staff at the other Elmwood location can be unwelcoming, and when you’re spending good money daily, great service really matters. This new Starbucks has quickly become my favorite spacious and a great place to get a little work done as well. The staff here is absolutely amazing — they consistently make everyone feel welcome and valued. Huge shoutout to my favorites, Chris and Levi! They are always on top of everything, friendly, and never mess up my orders. Their positive energy truly makes my day. Keep up the great work!
